This is where we listen & discuss client's needs. After several ideas and requirements review session, we will create prioritized list called a backlog.
During planning stage, we will pulls a small parts from the top of that backlog, and decides how to implement those parts.
The team has a certain amount of time - to sprint - to complete its work. We will have daily review meeting to ensure it's on the right track.
We will run several cycles to ensure all items in backlog are completed and accepted by our client.
